AM Shift
05 : 00am- 01 : 30pm
Monday- Friday with possible additional hours and weekend shifts
Responsibilities
- Perform timely repair, troubleshooting, and preventative maintenance on production machinery, including mechanical, electrical, plumbing, pneumatic, refrigeration, and boiler systems.
- Adhere strictly to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), OSHA standards, and all food safety and sanitation procedures.
- Provide input into the Preventive Maintenance (PM) program, work prioritization, and weekly scheduling to optimize asset performance.
- Manage emergency and break-in work, providing technical assistance to maintenance personnel and assigning tasks based on competency.
- Communicate needs for corrective work via work orders and assist with managing the parts / materials inventory (BOM).
- Maintain a clean, organized work area and conduct safety evaluations on the production floor.

Qualifications
Able to climb at least 10ft ladder safely without assistanceAble to read and communicate in English (primarily used language onsite)Able to move constantly and quickly for an entire 8 hour shift in hot & cold environmentsBasic computer experience preferred with SAP knowledge highly desired but not requiredExtremely reliable attendance and ability to complete assigned tasks independentlyMinimum 1 year of experience working in equipment maintenance, preferably in wet food processing environment such as seafood, dairy or meat processingWhat you will bring
Ability to work on your feet for 6-8 hours per day in both cold and warm environmentsDetail oriented and organized, able to prioritize multiple requestsExperience in developing and incorporating Predictive, Preventative and Proactive maintenance requirements for equipment asset systems within an industrial maintenance environmentKnowledge of OSHA safety practices, standards and regulationsWhat we have to offer you
