Remote Sales Operator Associate Level

We are seeking entry-level benefits specialists who will be responsible for introducing and educating clients on the permanent benefits they are entitled to through labor unions, credit unions, and / or associations. This role requires a candidate who is people-focused, service-oriented, and confident in building long-lasting professional relationships.

Key Responsibilities :

• Conduct presentations with clients virtually and in group settings
• Develop rapport with new clients and follow up to strengthen connections
• Explain permanent benefits with clarity and empathy
• Ensure documentation and client updates are completed accurately & on time
• Support team members in reaching shared goals and performance standards
