Position Overview / Responsibilities for the Administrative Assistant :
- Provide comprehensive administrative support, including managing calendars, creating correspondence, and coordinating travel arrangements.
- Split time between on-site work at our client's medical complex and remote work from home.
- Utilize technical office equipment and software to produce reports, presentations, and manage databases.
- Maintain a high level of organization and professionalism while handling multiple tasks and priorities.
- Engage in effective communication and customer service, ensuring smooth operations within our client's team.
Required Skills for Administrative Assistant :
Completion of a 1- or 2-year degree / diploma in an administrative assistant or secretarial field, or a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.Proficiency in grammar, punctuation, and English usage, with strong written and oral communication skills.Experience with computer systems and technical office equipment, including proficiency in secretarial / clerical software.Ability to type at a speed of 60 WPM and adapt to a rapidly changing environment.Strong decision-making skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.What's in it for you?
