As our Project Manager, Solutions, you’ll do just that—owning the delivery of projects from initial Discovery to go-live. You’ll be the driving force behind high-impact client programs and internal initiatives, working alongside cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and partners to ensure every piece fits into place.
What You’ll Do
- Lead and manage both client-facing and internal projects from start to finish—on time, within scope, and on budget.
- Break down complex initiatives into manageable tasks, keeping teams focused and deliverables on track.
- Facilitate Discovery sessions to gather business requirements, program use cases, and light technical needs.
- Create and maintain detailed project plans that align with business goals and client needs.
- Serve as a trusted point of contact for clients—managing expectations, sharing updates, and building confidence in our process.
- Collaborate on designing scalable, secure, and strategic solutions that align with product guardrails and pricing models.
- Develop clear Business Requirements Documents and test plans that set our Delivery teams up for success.
- Identify project risks early and create smart mitigation plans to keep initiatives moving forward.
- Motivate project teams and clients alike, keeping everyone engaged and accountable.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of project management frameworks and methodologies.

Degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.3+ years of project management experience, preferably in fintech, payments, or banking.Proven ability to lead Discovery sessions and document business requirements clearly and effectively.Experience managing complex, cross-functional projects and external client delivery.What We Offer
