Responsibilities and Impact :

We're looking for a

Lead Java Developer

to join our

Core Services team , where you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the engineering foundation that powers applications across the organization. This is a

hands-on technical position

focused on building

scalable frameworks, tools, and platforms

that enable internal scrum teams to rapidly develop, deploy, and operate Spring Boot-based microservices.

In this role, you'll have the opportunity to

influence enterprise architecture , work on

high-impact platform initiatives , and

collaborate with senior engineers, product owners, and cloud experts . You'll also gain

exposure to modern cloud-native technologies and DevOps practices

while contributing to solutions that are adopted globally. If you're passionate about

Design, develop, and

maintain

internal frameworks for building Spring Boot microservices

Lead the development of platform tools like

BPMN workflow engines

(e.g., Camunda)

Work closely with DevOps and infrastructure teams to integrate

containers

infrastructure

, and AWS services

Collaborate with internal Scrum teams to drive adoption of platform tools

Proactively gather feedback and iterate on frameworks to improve usability and performance

Mentor team members and contribute to architectural discussions

Explore and prototype the use of

Generative AI

to enhance developer productivity, automation, and workflow optimization

Provide production support for the frameworks and tools owned by the team, ensuring reliability and quick issue resolution

states

that the

anticipated

base salary range for this position is $

112,000

to $160,000. Final base salary for this role will be based on the individual's geographic location, as well as experience level, skill set, training

licens

and certifications.

In addition to base compensation, this role is eligible for an annual incentive plan.

This role is not eligible for

additional

compensation such as an annual incentive bonus or sales commission plan.

What

Basic Required Qualifications :

7+ years of experience in software development

Strong

expertise

in

Core Java ,

Spring , and

Spring Boot

Hands-on experience with

a containerization ecosystem in a production environment

Exposure to

Camunda

or other BPMN workflow engines

Solid knowledge of

AWS Cloud

services (e.g., ECS, EKS, S3, IAM, Lambda, etc.)

Experience with

event-based systems

and

Elasticsearch

Strong communication skills and a self-driven mindset

Ability to work independently and take ownership from concept to delivery

Additional Preferred Qualifications :

Interest or experience in

Generative AI

technologies and their application

Experience with React

development

Experience working on internal platforms or developer productivity tools

Familiarity with CI / CD tools and practices
