We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented individual who is passionate about helping others navigate the complexities of immigration law.

Responsibilities :

• We're looking for someone who possesses the knowledge of procedural requirements for Removal Defense, Asylum, Petition Filing, NVC Review, Consular Interview and Naturalization.
• Assist attorneys in preparing and filing immigration petitions and applications.
• Conduct legal research and gather relevant information for case preparation.
• Communicate with clients in both English and Spanish to provide updates and gather necessary documentation.
• Maintain case files and ensure all documentation is accurate and up-to-date.
• Assist in client interviews and represent the firm at immigration-related hearings.
• Stay informed on changes in immigration laws and procedures.

Requirements :

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a legal or immigration-related field.
• 2+ years of experience as a paralegal in immigration law.
• Fluency in both English and Spanish, with excellent communication skills.
• Proficient in legal research and case management software.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of immigration processes and procedures is preferred.
• Positive attitude and a commitment to client service.
