Cordia Resources is seeking an experienced Assistant Property Manager to support the day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate will bring prior experience working with a condo association and will be skilled in balancing property operations, resident relations, and financial support.
Responsibilities :
- Assist with daily property operations and administration
- Serve as a key point of contact for residents, addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a professional manner
- Support leasing activities, including processing applications, renewals, and move-in / move-out coordination
- Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable, including invoice processing, resident payments, and account reconciliation
- Assist with vendor management and service coordination
- Support compliance with condo association rules, regulations, and reporting requirements
- Prepare and maintain accurate records, reports, and correspondence
