Job Description
An employer is looking for an IT Technician to join their team. This position's focus will be maintaining all IT equipment for a large gaming facility. This IT technician will offer support to users who are experiencing problems with their computers or software. Support can be provided in person, over the phone or online. They address issues ranging from network systems to individual desktop computers. They also perform routine maintenance tasks such as software updates, hardware checks, and system backups to ensure optimal performance. Additionally, IT technicians often collaborate with other departments to implement new technologies and troubleshoot enterprise-wide technical challenges.
