Objectives

• Develop and execute the global program strategy for oncology assets from discovery to market.
• Own regulatory approval, launch, and global patient access for each asset.
• Partner across functions to maximize asset value and streamline delivery.
• Communicate, decide, and commit to joint decisions across the cross‑functional program team.

Compensation and Benefits Summary

Base salary range : $255,800 – $401,940. U.S. employees may be eligible for short‑term and long‑term incentives, health benefits, 401(k), and other standard benefits.
