About the Role

As our End-of-Lease (EOL) Specialist for the USA & Canada, you’ll be a key member of our Portfolio and Asset Management Team. You’ll manage the operational and administrative details that keep our end-of-lease processes running efficiently from tracking equipment and coordinating logistics to supporting the remarketing of assets. Your work will directly contribute to CHG’s sustainability goals by ensuring that technology equipment is responsibly returned, repurposed, or remarketed as part of the circular economy.

Key Responsibilities

Documentation & Administrative Support

  • Review Master Lease Agreements (MLAs) and supporting documentation impacting Asset Management and End-of-Lease activities
  • Maintain accurate records in internal systems and digital files (ELO, CRM)
  • Provide administrative support for portfolio, logistics, and remarketing operations
  • Logistics Coordination & Inventory Management

  • Collaborate with the Operations team to issue transport orders and process RMAs
  • Track equipment returns, verify data accuracy, and maintain up-to-date inventory records
  • Coordinate shipping and delivery with logistics partners and address related customer inquiries
  • Verify transportation costs, review invoices, and ensure accurate billing
  • Maintain records of scrapped or disposed assets
  • Manage “locked” devices, working with customers and Sales teams to resolve issues and handle invoicing
  • Reporting & Forecasting

  • Prepare reports on inventory, sustainability, and portfolio performance
  • Support quarterly portfolio summaries and return forecasts by asset category
  • Provide data insights to optimize resource and planning decisions
  • Remarketing Support

  • Assist in onboarding new buyers, including account setup, tax documentation, and CRM data entry
  • Manage contact lists and communications with remarketing partners
  • Support remarketing transactions, including invoice preparation, payment coordination, and reconciliation with Finance
  • Oversee order fulfillment from pick and pack to shipping logistics
  • Track and resolve remarketing-related returns, complaints, and issues
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner closely with Operations, Sales, and Finance to ensure seamless EOL and remarketing processes
  • Contribute to process improvement and special projects as needed
  • Qualifications

    Education & Experience

  • 3–5 years of experience in logistics, operations, asset management, or a related administrative role
  • Experience in equipment leasing, financing, or asset recovery is a plus!
  • Technical Skills

  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (data tracking, reporting, analysis)
  • Comfortable using databases, ERP systems, or CRM tools
  • Excellent accuracy and attention to detail in documentation and data management
  • Communication & Organization

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for effective collaboration with internal teams, vendors, and customers
  • Strong organizational and time management skills; able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting
  • Analytical and process-oriented mindset with problem-solving abilities

  • Genuine interest in learning about asset lifecycle management, logistics, and remarketing
  • Compensation & Benefits

  • Annual Base Salary : $75,000–$85,000
  • Variable Pay : Eligible for performance-based bonus
