Licensed Social Worker

Elohim Rehab-Care Associates is currently seeking a highly-qualified licensed clinical social worker to provide psychosocial & psychological counseling to children and adolescents in various counties in New Jersey. This position is a field-based service.

The professional candidate will:

• Perform comprehensive psychosocial assessment.
• Provide support counseling and psycho-education to children, adolescents, and families
• Assess and conduct clinical consultative to at risk children, adolescents, and families during intensive In-community therapy treatments.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to plan and provide appropriate mental health rehabilitative services.
• Must adhere to HIPAA compliance laws.

Responsibilities:

• Must have a master's degree in Social Work.
• Hold a NJ Licensed Social Worker
• Must have a minimum of 2 years experience in the mental health rehabilitative services.
