Water / Wastewater Construction (Dallas Area)

I’m partnering with a well-established heavy civil contractor in the Dallas Area region that is actively growing its team and works on Projects in the range of $40 - 200M. This company specializes in :

Water & Wastewater Treatment Plants
Pump & Lift Stations

We are looking to identify strong talent in the following roles :

Senior Project Manager (SNR PMs)

Project Managers (PMs)

Assistant Project Managers (APMs)

Proven experience in water / wastewater treatment plant construction

Ability to lead projects or teams with a focus on safety, quality, and client satisfaction

Ability to manage schedules, budgets, and subcontractors

The Offer :

$140-185k base

Bonus 15-25%

Long-term growth opportunities with a stable contractor

$950 truck allowance
