A company is looking for a Bilingual (Portuguese / English) Service Desk Analyst.
Key Responsibilities
Provide general IT end-user support via phone, email, or chat
Diagnose technical issues and provide first-level support, including troubleshooting hardware and software
Document and escalate unresolved issues while ensuring proper ticket management
Required Qualifications
6-12 months of experience in a Service Desk or technical support role
6-12 months of customer service experience in a professional setting
High School Diploma or GED
Bilingual in English and Portuguese (written and oral)
Strong troubleshooting and documentation skills
