About the Role :

In this position, you will work on-site at a TurboTax location in the United States, offering services to customers both in-person and virtually using Intuit TurboTax products. You will utilize your tax knowledge to deliver comprehensive tax return preparation, expert advice, calculations, and software support. It is essential to understand and connect with each customer's unique situation to help alleviate the stress associated with tax filing. Whether assisting with straightforward W2 submissions, guiding clients through significant life changes (like marriage or elder care), or addressing complex scenarios involving business income or investments, you will be the go-to expert for your clients.

Moreover, you will play a vital role in expanding TurboTax's clientele within the local community, building long-lasting relationships, and fostering customer loyalty. TurboTax will equip you with a clear playbook, essential tools, and dedicated support to ensure your success.

What You'll Do :

• Provide Tax Expertise : Offer hands-on tax advice and comprehensive preparation services for TurboTax clients, addressing simple to complex tax situations, and facilitating discussions to uncover deductions and provide tailored tax planning advice.
• Be a Proactive Community Ambassador : Adopt a community ambassador mindset to effectively cultivate a strong customer base for TurboTax, build relationships, and convert leads into loyal clients through active engagement.
• Educate and Communicate Confidently : Represent TurboTax with enthusiasm within your local community, incorporating local marketing efforts and engaging learning events to demystify tax preparation.
• Build Relationships : Establish trust by connecting with customers and showing empathy towards their financial concerns to transform one-time transactions into enduring relationships.
• Deliver a Best-in-Class Customer Experience : Create exceptional customer experiences, demonstrating professionalism and genuine interest in helping clients achieve their financial aspirations.
