NATIONAL CAPITAL PRESBYTERY is hiring : Director of Music – Trinity Arlington in

Trinity Presbyterian Church (TPC) in Arlington, VA is seeking a Director of Music for a salaried, 30-hour per week exempt position starting January 2026 and reporting to the Pastor / Head of Staff. Compensation will be $70,000 – $80,000 per year, with benefits depending on experience. TPC is a member of the Presbyterian Church (USA) with a congregation of nearly 500 members. The Director of Music plans and leads a music program that aligns with the liturgy and practices of our congregation.
