PEDIATRIC HOME HEALTH RN

PEDIATRIC HOME HEALTH RN\n\n- Shift : 28.5 hrs / week 7 : 30a-5p Tues / Thur / Fri\n\n- Education : RN, BSN required\n- Certification : Current Ohio license as a Registered Nurse is required.\n\n- 6 months in either home health or an acute care setting is required\nPICU exp required.\n\n- Will consist of one visit per shift, LPN will be at the same home the entire shift- patients will be mostly on trachs and vents at home. Travel to homes up to 1 hour from facility. THIS IS A DEDICATED PEDS HOME HEALTH POSITION- WILL NOT BE AT THE FACILITY.
