Job Description

Mesotech International  is seeking a dynamic and hands-on Engineering Manager (Electronic Systems) to drive the development and continuous improvement of our advanced meteorological measurement systems. This role is ideal for a multidisciplinary engineer with a proven track record of leading complex projects that integrate software, hardware, and mechanical components.

This position is well-suited for someone who thrives in a collaborative, small-team environment and is comfortable contributing both as a technical expert and a project leader. The role involves approximately 90% technical execution and 10% leadership and oversight .

Key Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional engineering projects that span electronic hardware, embedded systems, software, and mechanical design.
• Develop and execute strategic plans for high-impact, technically complex initiatives.
• Solve advanced engineering challenges with broad implications for product performance and company success.
• Design, develop, and integrate electronic and embedded systems from concept through deployment.
• Drive product innovation and enhancements based on user feedback and operational data; oversee implementation by the engineering team.
• Define and manage product roadmaps, development milestones, and delivery schedules in collaboration with senior leadership.
• Recommend and implement improvements to engineering workflows across development, testing, manufacturing, and deployment phases.
• Act as the technical liaison between engineering and other departments such as sales, production, documentation, and customer support.
• Mentor and guide junior engineers, fostering technical growth and project ownership.

Actual annual compensation offered will be based on several variables including work experience, education, skills and / or achievements and will be mutually agreed upon at the time of offer.
