Job descriptionWe’re looking for Account Development Associates to join our expanding team. Identify and research potential clients within target industries and markets. Conduct outreach via phone, email, and social channels to introduce SolarisTech’s services and generate qualified leads. Schedule and coordinate meetings between with prospective clients. Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and customized marketing recommendations. Maintain accurate records of all outreach activity and pipeline progress within the CRM. Qualifications : Experience in business development, sales, or marketing is a plus, but not required. Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Motivated self-starter who thrives in a goal-oriented environment. Comfortable engaging with prospects and building relationships both in-person and virtually.
