Pay Rate : $55 / hr | Schedule : Full-Time | Onsite

Connected Health Care is seeking a dedicated Special Education Teacher to join a high school program in Southbridge, MA for the upcoming school year. This is a full-time, onsite opportunity where you will play a key role in providing individualized instruction, academic support, and behavioral interventions to high school students with diverse learning needs.

Position Details :

Full-time schedule aligned with the school calendar

High school caseload

Collaborate with general education teachers, related service providers, and families to implement IEPs

Provide direct instruction, small-group support, and classroom accommodations

Participate in IEP meetings, progress monitoring, and team collaboration

Requirements :

MA DESE Special Education Teacher Licensure (High School level or appropriate endorsement required)

Strong classroom management and instructional skills
