Job Details

Salary : $21.76–$29.45 per hour, based on experience and credentials.

Workdays & Hours : Monday–Friday, 8 : 00 am – 4 : 30 pm at Providence Professional Plaza.

Responsibilities

• Assist medical staff by collecting information, escorting patients to exam rooms, and preparing patients for examination.
• Perform specialty‑related tests / monitoring.
• Assist with prescription refill requests and inventory control of supplies.
• Check in and out and schedule new or established patients efficiently and timely.
• Obtain and complete insurance information.
• Answer phones on a multi‑line system.
• Update records as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
