Military Radar Field Support Representative

Various Locations

Position Summary : Formerly trained for operator and / or maintainer proficiencies in support of US Army Fire Finder RADAR or other Service ground-based Radar systems. Previous Government test support is desired but is not required. Selected individuals will be trained at the OEM facility with potential additional training provided at military sites. After training period, FSRs will be expected to provide over-the-shoulder-training and coaching to military units in receipt of Radars. FSRs will be required to provide hands on support for the radar systems and integration at locations throughout the United States and locations globally. FSRs may deploy with assigned / supported military unit.

Job Description :

FSRs will be operating from Forward Operating Bases (FOB) and in some cases, Forward Repair Areas (FRA) or US military bases, and must be able to provide :

• Over-the-shoulder training of Army gaining Units in the operation of the radar and limited Operator maintenance
• Maintenance of the Radar system to insure the required operational availability
• All supply chain operations in support of radar maintenance
• Collection and supply of all required data to support Army reporting requirements
• Reporting of any issues or concerns
