What You'll Do :

Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies in a retail location.

Respond in a calm, problem-solving manner to incidents and critical situations as they arise within the retail environment.

Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the store and around the perimeter to help to deter unwanted activities and to observe for irregularities.

Interact professionally with store staff, visitors, and / or patrons to support a welcoming environment while maintaining awareness of security-related concerns.

Assist with access control measures and observe for any suspicious behavior within the location.

Support emergency response activities when appropriate, following established protocols and guidance from Allied Universal.

Minimum Requirements :

Access control and / or badge experience is preferred.

State, county, or city issued security-related license is preferred.

Loss prevention experience is preferred.

Customer service experience is preferred.

A guard card or security-related license is preferred.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
