Position Summary :
The Commercial HVAC Maintenance Sales Representative drives our recurring revenue. You’re not here to take orders — you’re here to hunt. You’ll prospect, pitch, and close commercial maintenance agreements that lock in long-term clients and keep their systems running.
You’ll own the relationship. You’ll own the numbers. You’ll own your success.
What You’ll Do :
Prospect and close new maintenance clients in the Greater Philadelphia area
Expand and upsell existing customer agreements
Conduct site walks, assess system needs, and build tailored proposals
Serve as the point person between client and technical team
Represent CKV with confidence at industry events and job sites
Track your metrics. Crush your quota. Keep growing.
What You’ll Bring :
Bachelor’s in business, construction management, engineering, or similar preferred
Proven B2B sales experience — ideally in HVAC, mechanical service, or construction
Working knowledge of mechanical systems and service agreements
Clean driver’s license and full field mobility
Real confidence, discipline, and obsession with follow-through
Bonus : HVAC certifications or field experience
Physical Demands :
Frequent travel to job sites, client offices, and trade events
Regular use of digital tools, CRMs, and mobile tech
Occasional lifting (up to 60 lbs) and time on your feet
Working Conditions :
Indoors and outdoors — from rooftops to boiler rooms
Tight crawlspaces and heights are part of the job
