We are seeking a Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) with a Bachelors degree to join our team and support children in achieving meaningful progress through Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).
This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with a passion for working with children with autism and a strong interest in advancing in the field of behavior analysis.
Responsibilities
Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children with autism in clinic, home, school, and community settingsImplement individualized treatment plans developed by a BCBAUse evidence-based behavior interventions to teach communication, social, and life skillsAccurately collect data and document client progress during each sessionParticipate in team meetings and supervision to enhance skills and maintain best practicesCommunicate effectively with families, caregivers, and team membersEnsure compliance with BACB ethical guidelines and HIPAA regulationsQualifications
Bachelors degree in Psychology, Education, Applied Behavior Analysis, or a related field (Required)Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification from the BACB (or willingness to obtain before starting)Strong data collection and behavioral intervention skillsExcellent communication, teamwork, and problem-solving abilitiesMust pass a background check, TB test, and fingerprintingCPR certification (or willingness to obtain)
