Key Responsibilities :

Maintain a

full-time clinical practice

in the Emergency Department at JPS

Assist in the day-to-day oversight of

Emergency Department

operations

Drive

quality improvement , enhance

patient satisfaction , and optimize

productivity

Participate actively in

hospital committees

and

leadership meetings

Position Requirements :

Board certified

in emergency medicine (ABEM / ABOEM)

Completed an

accredited EM residency

Prior leadership experience

(ideally as Associate or Assistant Medical Director)

Demonstrated commitment to

residency education

in emergency medicine

Ideal candidates

will have solid emergency medicine experience
