Salary : $90,000 – $120,000 + Benefits

We are a premier luxury residential builder specializing in the creation of ultra-high-end homes across the Hamptons, with individual projects often valued at over $20 million. We’re seeking a driven and detail-oriented Assistant Project Manager to join our growing team and help deliver some of the region’s most prestigious private estates.

Position Overview :

As an Assistant Project Manager, you’ll collaborate with Project Managers, Site Superintendents, architects, designers, and clients to support all aspects of large-scale residential construction. You’ll play an integral role in ensuring projects are executed on schedule, within budget, and to the exceptional standards of craftsmanship that define our work.

Key Responsibilities :

• Assist in managing all phases of high-end residential construction projects ($20M+).
• Support project scheduling, budgeting, and subcontractor coordination.
• Review, track, and organize project documents, including drawings, RFIs, and submittals.
• Maintain consistent communication among architects, designers, engineers, and field teams.
• Monitor progress and help resolve issues to maintain timelines.
• Ensure all safety, quality, and building standards are upheld.
