As the Restaurant Manager at Shake Bar, you will report to the General Manager helping to foster an environment of Gold Standard Hospitality and delivering the highest quality milkshakes, not available anywhere else. You must drive an enthusiastic, high energy team, paying attention to every detail! We support each other in a high energy environment of teamwork while demonstrating the Golden Rule!

During downtime at Gainbridge Fieldhouse, there will be travel required to assist our sister stores around the great Indianapolis Metro area.

Steak N Shake Manager Description :

This role reports directly to the General Manager. They assist in the day-to-day responsibilities of managing the restaurant, directing the employees and ensuring guest satisfaction. They will partner with the General Manager to meet the business and strategic objectives of the organization.
