Job Responsibilities Deliver high-quality occupational therapy services to residents in a skilled nursing facility. Evaluate, plan, and implement individualized treatment programs to restore functional independence. Collaborate with an interdisciplinary care team to ensure optimal patient outcomes. Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with facility and regulatory standards. Provide patient and caregiver education to support continued progress and safety. Requirements Active Occupational Therapist (OT) license in the state of Texas (must be current). Minimum less than 1 year of experience required; SNF experience preferred but not mandatory. Strong communication and clinical skills. Ability to work day shifts consistently throughout the contract period. BLS certification (if required by facility).
