Overview

As a Communication & Change Manager you will be responsible for the following activities.

Responsibilities

• Applying the appropriate methodology, drive effective change management at the plant level; i.e. communications strategies and plans (including coordination and execution).
• Identify the impacted population and the personas, design the local / regional communications and change plan, ensuring all personas / stakeholders are addressed and all program work streams are involved.
• Coordinate with all program work streams the communications and change needs, prepare the plan, design the communications and change activities, and execute the plan.
• Training plans : define strategies and planning with inputs from the release manager and in alignment with the work stream leaders; plan trainings, secure trainer attendance, and ensure impacted populations are informed and attend trainings.
• Conduct training needs analyses, develop training curricula, materials, and schedules.
• Information Systems (EIS) : in coordination with the Build-The-Run leader, lead communications and change activities related to decommissioning outdated tools and implementing new tools.
• In coordination with the program PMO, maintain a stakeholder list, stakeholder mapping, and other OCM tools and reports.

Salary Range : $90,000 - $130,000

The actual salary offered is dependent on various factors including location, the candidate’s combination of job-related knowledge, qualifications, skills, education, training, and experience.
