Senior Provider Solutions Specialist

Summary

This leadership role serves as a subject matter expert and zone lead for Provider Solutions Specialists. You'll provide training and support to healthcare providers on various technologies, ensuring a seamless experience.

Responsibilities

• Implementation & Support : Lead implementation and support of healthcare technologies for physicians and their offices. This includes training, troubleshooting, and collaborating to improve provider-facing technology.
• Support Requests : Proactively identify and resolve physician support needs, including both basic and complex inquiries. You'll also track trends and escalate issues as needed.
• Access Management : Ensure providers have appropriate access to patient data while maintaining security and compliance.
• Partnerships : Collaborate with various teams to advocate for physician needs, develop solutions, and maintain accurate provider data.
• Training : Lead the development and delivery of training programs for providers, hospital staff, and physician office personnel on new and existing healthcare technologies.
• Customer Service : Partner with colleagues to ensure a positive patient and physician experience by providing excellent customer service.
