Boeing Defense, Space and Security (BDS) has an exciting opportunity for an Entry Level or Associate Procurement Agent to join our dynamic team in Hazelwood, MO! The Supply Chain Single Point of Entry (SPOE) is an immersive 8-week training cohort where you will be trained to be at the forefront of optimizing demand and supply dynamics. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in the continuous review and analysis of supply chain market needs, ensuring operations are seamless and efficient. You'll collaborate with diverse teams to support, prepare, and execute proprietary information agreements, while helping to shape and enhance our sourcing strategies. Upon completion of this cohort, you will be strategically placed into a role that aligns to your newly developed strengths. The optimal candidate would thrive in a fast-paced environment. • Assists with continuous review and analysis of demand and supply
• Supports the sourcing strategies, negotiations and documenting of contracts and agreements
• Gathers data for supplier performance evaluation and improvement opportunities
