A minimum of 2 years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. • Work in a 21-bed emergency department with 4 : 1 patient ratios
• 4 weekend shifts required per schedule period (4 weeks)
• May be required to float to FSER site
• Use standard ER equipment including brand new GE monitors, new ultrasound equipment, and new stretchers
• Document using Meditech system
• Perform standard ER procedures
• Required certifications : BLS, ACLS, PALS
• Preferred certifications : TNCC and ENPC
• Dress code : Black or Royal Blue scrubs
• Unit secretary available (no tech support)
• Patient Experience goal of 75% with expectations signed on first day
