Job description

Position Overview :

Spencer Thomas Group (STG) is currently looking to add to our team of consultants under our Global HCM team

Responsibilities :

  • Manage and full cycle processing for

32 employees in Australia

  • 2 employees in New Zealand
  • 25 employees in Japan
  • 50 employees in South Korea
  • Transition with exiting payroll manager to assume full role by 11 / 20 / 25
  • Liasion to the HR and Finance Depts, including collaboration with US and other offices for approvals and payments
  • Maintain and support Payroll compliance

    • Required Qualification(s) :

  • Citizen of Australia, but can work remotely
  • Extensive experience in all aspects of payroll requirements for Australia, New Zealand, South Korea and Japan
  • Expertise in ADP PayForce
  • Expertise in Celergo

    • Preferred Qualification(s) :

    Duration : This is a project-based consulting opportunity with an immediate start date. Initial duration through May 2026 , with the possibility of extending.

    Level of Effort :

    Full-time, can work remotely from Australia

    Working Hours :

    Australia Normal Business Hours

    Flexible scheduling may be required due to cross-country collaborations and timing of approvals
