Dev Lead Scrum Master

A company is looking for a Dev Lead / Scrum Master - CMS & Workflow to lead Agile development teams in a remote environment.

Key Responsibilities

Serve as Scrum Master and technical lead for Agile teams developing case management workflows

Lead sprint planning, reviews, and backlog grooming to ensure delivery of prioritized features

Oversee the integration of automated workflows and maintain data consistency across systems

Required Qualifications

Active Secret clearance

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related discipline

Minimum 7 years of experience leading Agile software development teams

Experience with Agile frameworks and backlog management tools such as Jira or Azure DevOps

Familiarity with CI / CD pipelines and cloud infrastructure (AWS or Azure)
