  • Represent clients in court for conservatorship and probate matters.
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth case progression and excellent client service.
  • Train and develop knowledge in special needs planning , including special needs trusts and related strategies, with mentorship and support from senior attorneys.

  • Strong legal drafting, research, and communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple matters independently while collaborating with a team.
  • A genuine interest in learning special needs planning and expanding practice expertise.
  • Compassionate, client-focused approach with a high standard of professionalism.
  • Compensation and Benefits :

  • Salary : $150,000 / yr
  • This is for a 40 hrs / week position, but required 1300 billable hours / year
  • Flexible Hours
  • 401K matching

  • This role is ideal for a seasoned attorney ready for a new chapter in a supportive, values-aligned environment.

We understand the complexities of navigating new opportunities in the legal space. You can trust that all employment inquiries are kept strictly confidential.
