We're seeking a General Manager who can lead our dealership in Hickory, NC, to new heights — balancing business performance, customer satisfaction, and team culture. About the Role

The General Manager oversees all dealership operations including but not limited to Sales, Service, Parts, MotorClothes, and Finance & Insurance. This role ensures that every department operates efficiently, profitably, and in alignment with Momentum Holdings and Harley-Davidson Motor Company standards.

You'll report directly to Momentum's executive leadership and will be responsible for strategic planning, financial oversight, staff development, and maintaining Blue Ridge Harley-Davidson's reputation as the premier mountain riding destination in the Southeast.

What You'll Do

• Lead all dealership departments to achieve operational and financial goals.
• Drive profitability through disciplined Profit and Loss (P&L) management, marketing strategy, and process improvement.
• Build, train, and mentor a high-performing team that delivers exceptional customer experiences.
• Develop and execute annual business plans, budgets, and forecasts.
• Ensure compliance with Harley-Davidson programs, Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) standards, and state / federal regulations.
• Maintain strong relationships with customers, local community groups, and rider organizations.
• Collaborate with Momentum's executive team to implement growth initiatives and share best practices.
• Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, and respect throughout the dealership.
