Description

Boone Memorial Health is seeking a skilled Advanced Practice Provider (APP)- either a Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) - to join our Behavioral Health team. This provider will play a critical role in delivering high-quality, patient-centered care to individuals experiencing mental health and substance use disorders. Working collaboratively with psychiatrists, primary care providers, and a multidisciplinary team, the APP will provide comprehensive psychiatric evaluations, medication management, treatment planning, and patient education. This position offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the well-being of our community while practicing in a supportive, rural healthcare environment.

Who We Are

Boone Memorial Health (BMH) is a growing, rural Critical Access Health System located in Madison, West Virginia. At the core of our system is a 25-bed inpatient hospital with a 24 / 7 Emergency Department, which is designated as a Level IV Trauma Center. We also operate a network of outpatient clinics and specialty services throughout Boone County and beyond. Our Behavioral Health team provides comprehensive psychiatric and addiction medicine services to patients of all ages, ensuring access to care close to home.
