Rental Agent For Real Estate

We are seeking a talented Rental Agent to join our thriving team! The ideal candidate for this position will enjoy fast-paced work, show creativity, and have a high degree of professionalism when working with our residents. The Rental Agent is responsible for creating and maintaining successful relationships with landlords and closing rental inquiries efficiently.

Compensation:

$25,000 - $40,000 yearly

Responsibilities:

• Work with tenants by negotiating leases and collecting security deposits in order to close the deal
• Establish rental rates by researching local markets and calculating costs to ensure fair and accurate pricing
• Ensure proper maintenance and inspect properties periodically to maintain our level of company standards
• Showcase properties and their amenities to potential tenants in order to help secure rental contracts
• Verify all rental applications and personal references are true and accurate

Qualifications:

• A proven record of sales experience and success
• Willingness to learn new tools, systems, and technologies
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Good knowledge of leasing rules and regulations
