General Purpose

The primary focus of the Senior Financial Analyst - Sales Operations role is to enable the sales organization to operate more efficiently and make data-driven decisions that drive revenue growth. This role ensures that sales leaders and teams have accurate, timely, and actionable insights into performance, pipeline, and productivity. By managing data, streamlining processes, and producing strategic analysis, the role acts as the operational backbone of the sales function bridging strategy, execution, and measurement.

Essential Functions

Data Management & Quality Control

• Build and maintain holistic datasets by cleansing, joining, and transforming raw data.
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across reporting systems.
• Design and automate workflows to provide reliable, up-to-date data for business use.
• Define business requirements and partner with digital teams to implement new data processes, tools, and technologies that support the corporate sales strategy.
• Facilitate ETL processes to prepare data for compensation systems and sales reporting.
