As a Remote Sales & Leadership Coach with The Dyal Agency, you'll have the opportunity to :

  • Your Responsibilities :

  • Lead and Mentor a Team : Guide, motivate, and support a team of agents to achieve their sales goals and build their own successful businesses.
  • Recruit and Onboard Agents :

  • Identify and recruit new talent to join your team.
  • Train and Develop Your Team :

  • Conduct training sessions and provide ongoing coaching to enhance your team's sales skills, product knowledge, and leadership abilities.
  • Client Engagement :

  • Engage with Qualified Leads : Respond to inbound inquiries from individuals actively seeking life insurance and mortgage protection.
  • We generate warm, pre-qualified leads through a variety of exclusive channels, including [explain lead generation methods - e.g., strategic partnerships with real estate agents, online marketing campaigns targeting homeowners].
  • Conduct Virtual Consultations :

  • Connect with clients via phone and video calls to assess their needs and provide personalized solutions focused on life insurance and mortgage protection.
  • Protect Families :

  • Utilize our advanced process, systems, and technology to present tailored insurance solutions and close deals efficiently.

  • Lead Management :

  • Call warm leads to book appointments and follow up with potential clients.
  • Oversee and support your team's lead generation and management efforts.
