Job Details

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Zeiss CMM Programmer to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to work on cutting-edge projects in a fast-paced, innovative environment. The successful candidate will play a vital role in maintaining our commitment to quality and excellence, utilizing their expertise in AS9100 and ISO 9001 : 2015. With a minimum of 3 years of experience, you will be instrumental in driving our quality assurance processes, ensuring the highest standards are met and continuously improved upon.

Responsibilities :

• Develop, maintain, and implement CMM programs for Zeiss machines.
• Conduct regular inspections and measurements to ensure product quality and reliability.
• Collaborate with the engineering team to understand product specifications and develop appropriate measurement strategies.
• Interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and CAD data to determine the best approach for CMM programming.
• Use your expertise in AS9100 and ISO 9001 : 2015 to maintain and improve our quality management system.
• Train and mentor team members on CMM operations and best practices.
• Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for product and process related concerns.
• Participate in internal and external audits, ensuring compliance with all relevant standards and regulations.
• Continually seek opportunities to improve processes, increase efficiency, and enhance the overall effectiveness of our quality assurance efforts.
