Requirements of the LVN ( Licensed Vocational Nurse) : Must be licensed LVN and able to practice in TexasMust have least 1 years experienceAny requested time off exceeding three days prior to January 5 2026 must be discussed during the have a valid photo ID and current American Heart Association CPR hold a valid nursing license in Texas or a compact have negative PPD results within the past 12 be able to successfully pass a urine
