Job Requirements

Education Requirements :  Valid Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license issued by the state or a valid compact license

Certifications Requirements :  Basic Life Support (BLS), CPR certification, and IV certification (preferred but not required)

Experience Requirements :  Minimum of 1 year of recent LPN experience in a clinical or long-term care setting

Other Requirements :  Ability to work flexible shifts, good communication skills, strong attention to detail

Job Responsibilities

Provide high-quality nursing care to residents in a long-term care facility, adhering to all regulatory guidelines and standards.

Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to develop and implement individualized care plans.

Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of patient assessments, treatments, and progress notes.

Execute medication administration and monitor residents for any adverse reactions or changes in condition.
