Information Security Training Lead

A company is looking for an Information Security Training Awareness Lead to enhance cybersecurity awareness through training and outreach initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement annual training and awareness plans aligned with regulatory requirements and organizational goals

Create and deliver engaging training content and phishing simulations tailored to various learning styles

Build outreach networks and communication materials to promote security awareness across business units

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or 5+ years of relevant experience in cybersecurity, instructional design, or adult education

Proficiency in MS Office Suite and familiarity with security training platforms

Knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks (NIST, ISO, MITRE) preferred

Experience in designing and delivering training in virtual environments

Skilled in multimedia and web design tools
