About the Role :

As a Community Manager, you'll engage, nurture, and support Notion's thriving global Ambassador and Campus Leaders programs, ensuring member experience remains smooth, motivating, and on brand. You'll be communicating with Ambassadors and Campus Leaders every day, plus translating your insights into action in collaboration with other members of the Community Marketing team-from helping to evolve community strategies to building stronger bridges between community and Notion product teams.

In short, these communities go the extra mile for Notion, and we must go the extra mile for them in return. The ideal candidate has :

• Hands-on experience in managing online community programs, including stellar written and verbal communication skills to build positive relationships 1 : 1 and at scale
• Strong understanding of what motivates and engages online communities
• Strong cross-functional collaboration skills

Notion is committed to providing highly competitive cash compensation, equity, and benefits. The compensation offered for this role will be based on multiple factors such as location, the role's scope and complexity, and the candidate's experience and expertise, and may vary from the range provided below. For roles based in San Francisco or New York City, the estimated base salary range for this role is $128,000 - $150,000 per year.
