Director of FP&A

Responsibilities include :

Developed & Presented Strategic Financial Insights : Created comprehensive reporting packages to effectively communicate financial results, KPIs, and strategic insights to senior leadership and C-suite executives.

Led Financial Process Improvement & System Integration : Spearheaded the end-to-end development of financial processes and reporting, including leading system integration to enhance financial modeling and decision-making.

Requirements :

Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Accounting (required)

CPA Preferred (but not required)

BIG 4 Industry Experience (required) – A solid foundation in top-tier financial practices.

Private Equity Experience (required) – Leverage your expertise in a high-impact, fast-paced environment.

10+ Years of Experience (required) – Bring your depth of experience to a key leadership role, where your expertise will make a real difference.

Exceptional Organizational Skills – The ability to stay organized is key. The client will provide tools and support to help you thrive in a dynamic environment.

Structured and Adaptable – Our client needs someone who can juggle multiple priorities with ease, while maintaining a high standard of quality in all tasks.
