Looking for an energetic, reliable, and self-motivated candidate with experience working the back end of AP. Reconcile and pay corporate credit cards, issuing and cutting checks. Reconcile sub ledger to GL, more accounting knowledge than typical processor. Manage vendor onboarding, set up, and follow up. Handle vendor correspondence and resolve issues. Prepare and mail 1096 / 1099 forms. Working knowledge of Excel and other MS products.
