The objective : Act as the firm's premier client advocate, operating with a high degree of autonomy to ensure the flawless servicing and coordination of assigned commercial accounts. This role is instrumental in supporting Production staff and maintaining the highest standard of client experience.

Key requirements :

• Experience : Minimum of five years of agency customer service experience within the commercial sector.
• Licensure : Active Property & Casualty License is required.
• Knowledge base :
• Thorough command of Commercial Lines Property & Casualty coverages.
• Familiarity with carrier underwriting rules and operational guidelines.
• Education : A Bachelor's Degree is preferred, or demonstrable equivalent experience in the industry.
• Professional traits : Superior written and verbal communication, an acute sense of urgency, and meticulous attention to detail.
• Ethics : Must embody the firm's core values and adhere to a strict code of ethics.
• Organizational mastery : Exceptional organizational skills are essential for managing a complex book of business.
