Paul Thigpen Automotive Group is growing rapidly, and we’re looking for an energetic and customer-focused Business Development Coordinator to join our team! The right candidate will be a motivated team player with excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and a desire to help drive dealership success. You’ll be the first point of contact for potential customers, helping connect them with our sales and service departments while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Handle inbound customer calls, emails, and chat inquiries promptly and professionallyRespond to internet leads using dealership-approved scripts, templates, and CRM toolsSchedule sales appointments and confirm customer visits with the sales teamProvide initial product and financing information based on customer needsMaintain ongoing communication and follow-up with prospective customersUtilize CRM software to document all interactions and track customer engagementSupport dealership sales and service goals through consistent communication and coordinationParticipate in team meetings and training sessions to improve performance and customer satisfactionREQUIREMENTS
Previous experience in customer service, retail, or call center roles preferredExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsStrong computer proficiency, including CRM or lead management systemsProfessional, courteous, and customer-focused demeanorTeam-oriented with a positive, “can-do” attitudeHigh school diploma or equivalentValid driver’s license and clean driving recordWHY YOU’LL LOVE WORKING WITH US
