Job Description :

You ll be responsible for the last step of our depth filter manufacturing

process before the filters are ready for our customers in a variety of industries, including reverse osmosis pre-treatment, beverage processing, and healthcare applications.

You will work together with a team and rotate through tasks such as operating and troubleshooting equipment, moving goods, preparing for changeovers, and monitoring automated production.

Responsibilities :

• Safety is key! Observe all Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) rules, including Lock-out / Tag-out, Life-Saving Rules, housekeeping practices, etc.
• Proactively communicate and address safety concerns.
• Participate in EHS meetings, investigations, and audits.
• Work and cooperate well on a team to ensure team objectives are met.
• Set-up, operate, and clean production equipment following prescribed manufacturing processes.
• Move raw materials and finished products to proper locations. Enter production data into database,forms, logs, and SAP accurately, clearly, and completely.
• When problems arise, perform basic troubleshooting to identify and correct root cause and
• minimize scrap.
• Monitor raw material and final product quality, including adjusting process parameters to assure.
